In Bernau Friedenstal, PilotRock Development together with ehret+klein created a green, livable residential oasis with excellent connections to the heart of Berlin. The first construction phase in the northern section, comprimising 223 rental apartments, was succesfully completed in August 2021. Planning discussion are currently in progress regarding the development of the southern section, which spans 36,147 square meters.
